Instructions for submission

Click here to go to Editorial Manager for ToCT, and log in.

If you are new to this submission process, click the "Register Now" link found under the login on that page.

If you have already created an account for a different journal under ACM, you will have to create another account for ToCT. You may use the same user id and password for each account.

Once logged in, follow the submission instructions. As part of the submission process, you will be asked to choose the level of rights management that you prefer. To find out more about this, visit the Author Rights webpage at authors.acm.org.

The ACM is one of several institutions that is starting to use the ORCID identification system of unique identifiers for researchers and scholars in order to improve the accuracy of bibliographic databases. When you register, you will be given the opportunity to enter your ORCID identifier. (If you have previously registered, you may update your record to include your ORCID identifier by clicking on "Update my Information" near the top of the page.) If you do not already have such an identifier, you may visit the ORCID web site to obtain one. For more about ORCID, visit http://about.orcid.org/about/what-is-orcid
